Kevin Helped me with setting a price, getting it listed when it suited me "no pressure", communicating with me every step of the way (I had already moved out so he made sure I was notified every time anyone was scheduled to view the property, He Had an OPEN House (which expedited the Sale) Worked with HOA Management company to insure the Buyers financial instruction had the documents required to close on the day Scheduled. All in All I would say he Earned his Commission on this one. A Job very Well Done :-).

Kevin is a true professional. His market knowlege and demeanor were both ideal for working with both, my ex-wife and myself, in order to sell my marital home after a difficult divorce.
